Indulge in a thoughtfully curated Valentine’s Day Menu, where elegant flavours meet romantic touches. Begin with a duo of oysters — fresh with finger lime and ginger mignonette, and baked with baby spinach, cream and Grana Padano — perfectly paired with a sparkling glass to set the mood.

Enjoy your choice of refined starters, followed by indulgent mains such as Smoked Striploin with potato dauphinoise or Miso Black Cod with caramelised cauliflower, complemented by beautifully matched wines along the way.

End on a sweet note with a delicate Strawberry Shortcake, finished with a celebratory Moscato.
