All hail the King of all Chinese New Year goodies!

It really isn’t Chinese 牛 (Niu) Year if you’re not pigging out on piece after piece of some sweet, smoky bak kwa, chargrilled to absolute perfection. In case you didn’t know, pork is a symbol of strength, wealth and abundant blessing, which means there’s more reasons for us to love and eat bak kwa!

No matter how unhealthy it is, we just can’t seem to stop munching on these savoury delights, and incorporating this goodness into other foods as well.
