This Lunar New Year, Chinese Executive Chef Ku Keung takes traditional celebratory dishes to new heights with Fortune 3-D Meringue ‘Yu Sheng’ with Abalone, Salmon, Crispy Fish Skin (立 体 金 犬 鸿 运 鱼 生). Toss to a prosperous new year with an adorable portrait of the zodiac dog, among a nest of julienne vegetables such as white turnips, carrots, yam as well as accompaniments like pickled ginger; tossed with in a zesty, homemade sauce. A-must to toss with business associates for fortune, health and prosperity. This well-balanced festive salad serves 30 persons.
