The Rock Lobster & Salsa BBQ Dip is particularly refreshing - fresh lobster is paired with a zesty and piquant salsa dip to great effect. The Crispy Shisha Mo Fish & Red Curry Dip is another innovative pairing - shishamo fish, which is traditionally used in Japanese cooking only, is paired with red curry, a staple of Thai diets. The result is an explosive combination of flavours that is truly remarkable. The main courses are no less exciting, with the Roasted Rack of Lamb with Sichuan Pepper Sauce being a stand-out.
