Old favorites are making their annual comeback, like the Ketupat Sayur at Cork&Screw Pacific Place, but also look forward to new seasonal dishes like Mie Goreng Ox Tongue and Grilled Lamb Rack with Black Garlic Yoghurt at Union or Nasi Ayam Garut at Benedict Pacific Place.

This Ramadan, the Executive Head Chefs have also prepared a selection of Ramadan Feast at Home Rantang, all made to share with your loved ones, or to send as a gift for Iftar to those you are not able to see in person. Every purchase of Ramadan Feast at Home comes with a complimentary bottle of Aqua Reflections.

UNION is so profound that if you were to see a restaurant with an elegant glass patio, you definitely know that it is Union. Its iconic location at Pondok Indah Mall Street Gallery, South Jakarta, is the perfect spot to bring your family, friends and loved ones for lunch or dinner, afternoon tea, to celebrate an event or even to end the night with a couple of drinks. It’s best to make a reservation before-hand because we assure you it is going to be packed!

Union is comprised of its fundamental three elements; The Brasserie, The Bakery and The Bar & Wine Cellar. When it comes to food, Union never fails to disappoint. They continuously deliver consistency that is up to par with their city-wide image. Dive right into their endless stream of amazing-ness by trying out their famous Union Burger filled with bacon, aged cheddar, fries and an optional slice of foie gras. Or even indulge in our favourite Western dishes from the menu - Crispy Skin Salmon accompanied with creamy and smooth mashed potatoes, orange and ginger soy. If you’re up for something more Asian, we recommend their Sambal Matah Spaghetti, topped off with grilled prawns or even their “Dirty” Oxtail Soup with every Indonesians must-have rice.
