Inspired by Indian and Chinese cuisines, Le Mint & Saffron Restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian menus, while the taste and texture itself are similar to meat. As for Saffron Bakery, they do not use eggs to bread mixture, pastry and cake.

With the use of herbs that are not too much like in India, the food at Le Mint is still easily accepted by the Indonesian tongue. Their chef directly comes from India that makes this restaurant have a thick taste with special food element of the Barata state.

One of their most popular and best seller food that is called Masala Dosa is a crepe filled with potato crisp which is clipped with a distinctly Indian flavour. There is also an Indian ice cream dessert which is made with pure milk sugar and pistachio nuts mix with condensed milk flavour which might suit your taste.
