After the great success in Bali, Goloso which means literally “greedy for food” has decided to expand its horizons in other fantastic islands of Indonesia. In collaboration with an expert chef like Roberto Bogni, you will now have the opportunity to taste intense but simple flavors and well-structured dishes within everyone’s reach. Born in Italy in 1999 and nicknamed by Roberto’s mother, Crostino, our leaving yeast (sourdough) has a long history. Carefully guarded in a family for more than 20 years, our beloved chef has now decided to make it available to all Goloso friends, so that they can appreciate its qualities.
