Yue is a modern Chinese restaurant offering authentic Cantonese fare with a contemporary creative kink. While guests can connect with each other over delicately prepared traditional dim sum, classic Southern Chinese stir-fry dishes and fresh locally sourced seafood, there are signature dishes you would return for that you won’t find anywhere else, alongside a selection of premium Chinese teas. The restaurant also raises the bar with its own wine cellar with wines from around the world that would pair perfectly with the menu. Designed with elegance in mind, the space pays a tribute to Modern Chinese with contrasting mahogany wood finishes, Chinese artwork and the bright interiors are contrasted with mahogany wood finishing’s and showcased are Chinese paintings to create an exciting new voice in modern Chinese dining on Lantau.
