Bridging Italian, American, and French cuisines, tuck into moreish plates like the Squid Ink Linguine & Slow-Cooked Salmon, a lovely “mis-cuit” fillet of tender-fleshed fish over garlicky, night-black noodles. The main deal here is beef, of course, with premium cuts like the 16oz Angus Ribeye taking pride of place alongside other delectable options like the Roast Lamb Rack, and tender Beef Cheek, all served with natural jus and seasonal vegetables.
