If you’re up for some sashimi, you can’t go wrong with the basics. The Salmon Sashimi is a definite winner, as is the Amaebi – the restaurant more than does justice to these old favourites. There’s also a pretty extensive sushi selection, from some beloved classics to other less commonly seen options. Do try a few options from the list of yakimono dishes – from mushrooms to gyoza, pumpkin to yakitori, these yummy bites will allow for a great variety of your meal. If, however, you’re hankering for hot pot, the restaurant offers some a really nice range of ingredients to put into your soup base. There’s quality beef, dumplings, mushrooms, prawns, you name it. It’ll definitely be an extremely flavourful hot pot when you’re done with your cooking!
