Chef Studio by Eddy offers modern European cuisine in a cosy private kitchen tucked away in a discreet yet central location just above Wyndham Street. Chef-owner Eddy Leung, of Chef Studio in Aberdeen is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's and told us himself “I like to cook with my feelings, with my heart,” and this is evident in every single bite.
