Don’t be fooled by its American Diner-style interiors, this is a classic Parisian creperie and brunch spot offering European-style fare right in the heart of Central. They’re well-known for their Parisian-style crepes, delicate, gossamer-thin pancakes that lend themselves to savoury and sweet preparations. The recipe here is handcrafted by a specially-trained crepe master, each crepe made to order for perfect freshness and filled with your choice of indulgence, from a classic dressing of sugar and butter, to a heftier stuffing of brie, strawberries, and a dusting of cinnamon. Apart from crepes, expect other Western brunch fare like a punchy Huevos Rancheros and a classic Eggs Benedict. However you like your eggs, they’ve got something for you, including a build-your-own omelette menu for extra customisation. Lunch fare comes in the form of rib-sticking delicacies like the Montreal Smoked Meat Mac & Cheese, the cream macaroni studded with lashings of smoked pulled pork, and the Classic Burger, a picture-perfect diner-style affair with beautifully burnished brioche buns.
