Under a team of experienced chefs, the menu is designed to delight with a philosophy of keeping the cuisine simple and using the freshest ingredients available. The chefs, with a flair for French influences in cooking style, introduce innovative dishes to the menu at Bouchon.

Featuring regular traditional dishes of Soupe à l’Oignon – Onion Soup, Emmental; Maraîchère - Warm Goat Cheese Croutons, Confit de Canard – Duck Leg, Flageolet Beans, Bacon, Sherry Vinegar; Bouillabaisse – Provencal Seafood Stew (Tiger Prawns, Mussels, Perch & Crab); Boeuf Bourguignon – Brasied Black Angus Shoulder, Red Wine, Bacon, Mash; And to Complete this superb meal with one of the Chef’s favourite desserts: Crème Brûlée - a rich custard base topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel, and Apple Crumble with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy an impressive selection of French and world wines to pair with these fantastic dishes.
