Tuck into hearty soups such as the Tom Yum Kung, a spicy shrimp and mushroom soup infused with the herbaceous scent of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Salads here are wonderfully refreshing, thanks to the generous use of fresh herbs. Pomelo & Prawn Salad, for instance, showcases juicy chunks of the bitter-sweet fruit, with roasted coconut slices and prawns. Also good is the Chicken or Pork Laab, a traditional dish of spicy minced chicken or pork tossed with coriander, shallots, and a squeeze of lime.

For mains, take your pick from the wide selection of curries on the menu. Popular favourites include the Lamb Shank Massaman Curry, a mild peanut-flavoured broth with a slab of fork-tender meat, as well as the Salmon Yellow Curry, a dish of slow-cooked fish served with cherry tomatoes and broccoli. Turn up the heat with the Stir Fried Kee Mau Prawns, a fiery combination of red chillies, long beans, and peppercorns.
