A culinary gem residing in Tsim Sha Tsui’s Canton Road, Amina Modern European restaurant has earned a stellar reputation for its contemporary takes on gourmet European food.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, Amina just might be the restaurant you want. Seating up to 24 diners, this cosy and intimate restaurant has pulled out all the stops to create a refined dining experience where staff attend to your every need. Then sample some insanely decadent food that revolves around premium ingredients imported from Italy and France. In our opinion, we think it’s best to kick off the meal with a couple of freshly shucked Oysters flown in from Europe every week. Then move on to the ever-changing tasting menu. Some signature dishes touted by the restaurant includes the oh-so-tender M9 Wagyu Tartare, which is simply divine when paired with black caviar. Meanwhile, the Wagyu Beef Cheek that’s braised in red wine and accompanied with a dab of truffled spring pea sauce, is another dish that cannot be passed over.
