Feast on a veritable treasure trove of mouth-watering delights at Amaroni’s Little Italy, where the food is plentiful and delicious, the staff efficient and friendly, and the ambience vibrant and welcoming. Featuring a wide selection of affordable pastas, pizzas, fresh seafood, and yummy desserts, you’ll be left thoroughly full and satisfied by the time you’re done with your meal.
Take a bite of the Cherry Pie Pizza, a New York-style creation that’s topped with a tantalising combination of oven-burst cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, salami, and basil – this signature dish is recommended for good reason! If you’re looking for something a little more meaty, however, then you can’t go wrong with the Osso Bucco, a hearty dish of veal shank that’s been slow-braised for five hours and accompanied by tasty gremolata sauce and a helping of Milanese-style saffron risotto - on a side note, if the Regular size isn’t enough to fill your tummy, you can always upgrade it to a Grande (wink wink).
The desserts aren’t anything to sniff at, too. Amaroni’s Famous Tiramisu is a tasty and light take on the well-loved classic that’ll leave even the most exacting of purists too busy chowing down to find fault. An alternative would be the Italian Orange Pound Cake with Sorbetto, which is as refreshing a dessert as can be. If you’re heading down to Amaroni’s Little Italy anytime soon, make sure to do it on an empty stomach – you’d be wistfully looking at all the things you could’ve eaten otherwise! (Mar 2017)
