Delivering modern delights rooted in tradition, Sushi Cyu Ryo is a modern, intimate Japanese restaurant located in Phrom Phong. Featuring an eight-seater dining area with an uninterrupted view of the chef as he expertly prepares their food, the restaurant provides an unforgettable dining experience.

Offering a 15-course lunch and 19-course dinner on the menu, Sushi Cyu Ryo invites diners on a gastronomic experience of careful balanced flavours and textures. Giving diners a fresh perspective on classic dishes with a modern twist, the restaurant emphasises on fresh, seasonal ingredients flown in directly from Toyosu fish market.

Start with the Kuruma Ebi. Served with shrimp paste blended with Bordier seaweed buttee from France, the Tsujiko salmon roe is marinated with miso and sake, achieving a rich taste and fragrant aroma. Uni fans rejoice as the course is made up in part of three different courses of uni that highlights the nuances of each flavour when cooked using different temperatures.
