Combining authentic Asian dining with a unique ambience, Spice & Barley is an Asian gastro lounge situated by the riverside. Taking centre stage in the restaurant’s specially crafted menu, the pan Asian cuisine options promise distinct flavours and innovative presentation. Working with the brewers at Cornelissen, the dedicated team of Spice & Barley presents a range of signature beers selected to complement Asian cuisine and Thailand’s tropical climate.

Order a bottle of ice cold beer for a refreshing start to any meal before diving into the variety of authentic Asian cuisine prepared by Singapore celebrity Chef Sam Leong. Brewed exclusively for the restaurant, the Spice & Barley Pilsner is a clean refreshing lager with a malty nose, light hoppy notes and a balanced taste that pairs perfectly with any dish.

Start off a hearty meal with the Szechuan Style Spicy Fried Chicken Wing, a fiery dish that is sure to delight spice lovers. For those with a lower spice tolerance level, the Hot & Sour Szechuan Soup with Crab is a good option. Dim Sum options are also available on the menu.
