Enjoy the finest tastes of northern, southern, central or northeastern authentic Thai cuisine at Ruen Noppagao. Bringing his years of expertise to the table is chef Kanin Sinpan. With his extensive knowledge of Thai cooking, especially in the field of region specialties, one can expect delicious recreations of original and classic Thai recipe cuisines.

To fill yourself up, go for the Slow-cooked Pork Belly with Chinese Five-Spice and Khao Soi Gai. Worthy of a special mention is the River Prawns with Thai Herb Salad. The different textures of prawns, cashew nuts and crunchy vegetables complement each other perfectly, packing a punch of flavour in each bite. Opt for the traditional Khao Soi Gai for a satisfying one-dish meal. Served with vegetables and chilli oil, the crispy egg noodle is soaked in a simmering northern Thai-style curry with generous chunks of tender chicken.
