“This flagship restaurant of the Sheraton Grande is a classic Italian fine-dining experience. The decor is unabashadely themed to ressemble a Tuscan villa complete with a gigantic fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling and large frescos of patrician families. Still, they do offer modern recipes such as the signature snow fish with Parma ham flakes and potato foam, alongside classics like ossobuco.
