Located along Yaowarat Road in the stylish boutique hotel of Shanghai Mansion, Red Rose mesmerizes with its contemporary takes on Chinese fare, melding fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create mind-blowing dishes. Standouts include the Crispy Peking Duck, which is accompanied with paper-thin slices of dough and a special sweet and sour sauce. Meanwhile, the Sticky Rice with Crab Meat is another evergreen favourite, which features top-quality rice from the Surin province and comes with a heaping serving of fresh crab meat. Have a hankering for fish? Then be sure to check out the Steamed Snow Fish with Soy Sauce, where the meat has been cooked till it’s so tender it practically falls off the fork.
