Mono Sei is a contemporary omakase restaurant that infuses modern flavours into traditional Japanese cuisine. "Mono" means “number one”, while "sei" means “keep getting better” — a reflection of what the restaurant wants to deliver to its customers. Helmed by four Japanese chefs who boast a wealth of experience and a passion for Japanese cuisine, the restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients from different parts of the world. A fun fact? Some items can only be purchased by auction.

As a result, the menu changes regularly to reflect the seasonality of each ingredient, but you can expect premium dishes like uni, Iwate oysters, Kyushu tiger prawns, and of course, an assortment of sashimi. (December 2019)
