Tastefully furnished in teak furniture with heavy Scandinavian accents, Elg Bangkok brings a unique fine dining experience like no other. Featuring a tasting menu specially curated by the chefs behind Elg, diners can expect to enjoy a 9-course meal that pays homage to its Scandinavian roots.

ELG features a seasonal menu that focuses on the freshest ingredients of the season to ensure a dining experience unlike anything else. One mainstay on their menus is their Gravet Laks - smoked salmon carefully cold cured with a blend of spices for a salty and savoury appetiser.

A couple of their best-selling items are their Duck Liver and 30-day Dry Aged Tenderloin, which are both cooked to perfection and full of incredible taste. The duck liver is tenderly marinated and has a delightfully creamy taste that lingers on your palette.

Other menu items to look out for are their King Scallops. Plump, juicy scallops are prepared in a specialty sauce with apple and rosemary, making it the perfect appetiser to start off your meal. For mains, their Hangar Steak is served with a deliciously sweet apple puree and a truffle and parmigiano reggiano croquette that perfectly balances the flavours of the prime cut. (Feb 2022)
