Whether you’re a seasoned ham aficionado or a complete beginner, chef Jeerawat Songxang’s platters will sure to delight your tastebuds. Boasting one of Bangkok’s largest Spanish wine collections, as well as a wide selection of French and Italian bottles, there’s something for everyone here.

Sink your teeth into the Iberian Platter, a delicious mix of exquisite Jamon Iberico, manchego cheese, quince, and two varieties of chorizo. This is a perfectly balanced option.The spice from the chorizo is tempered by the sweetness of the quince, while the earthy iberico ham pairs perfectly with the tart cheese. Pair it with a glass of wine and you have the perfect midday meal.

For a more classic tapas option, try the Casuela de Gulas, a creamy salad made with chorizo, potatoes, and eggs. The Iberico Sandwiches are also great for those trying to keep it simple.
