Proudly presenting the best Thai wagyu beef and local produce, Best Country Beef Steakhouse makes it their mission to serve the perfect combination between contemporary Thai food and dry-aged Thai wagyu steak for a joyful and delicious dining experience.

Start off by selecting your own cuts from the meat display cabinet. If you’re unsure of your selection, simply wave one of the friendly staff over for help. Beginning with The Ox Tongue, this dish takes inspiration from the Indonesian Rendang and is extremely soft and well textured. Served with a beautifully arranged side of Thai cucumber salad, this rare dish tastes as good as it looks. Best enjoyed with a slice of baguette, tomatoes, koi and marrow together, the Bone Marrow is drizzled with tangy Thai tartar and is absolutely delightful.

The Grilled Eggplant Yum with Flank Steak is an elegant choice that highlights the wonderful texture of the steak. Tinged with hints of chilli spice, the eggplant is soft and well cooked. Another meat dish filled with flavour is the Beef Braised Short Rib. Served with Southern curry and sprouts, the sweet curry is rich and sumptuous, complementing the robust and tender short rib.
