The very first Chope office, the Chope Singapore team works tirelessly to bring you the hippest, coolest, and tastiest dining destinations on the Little Red Dot. A diverse mix of people from all over the world, the team loves barbecues, bubble tea (but only Gong Cha or Koi please), and of course, dining out!

An Internship at Chope
Though relatively further along the start-up life cycle than other companies associated with the start-up label, we still believe in a flat organisation with open lines of communication. Employees and interns alike are expected to be self-motivated, professional, and to possess strong attention to detail. Guidance and growth are of course part of any internship, and as previous interns ourselves, the Chope HR team is committed to ensuring that all interns receive the instruction and coaching required to make every internship a mutually beneficial one.
Having been interns before, the Chope team takes the experience of each and every intern very seriously. We work hard to ensure that they have a clear idea of what is expected of them both before they join, and when they join, have a structured training program to provide them the skills with which to meet those expectations. Managers regularly check in on interns to make sure they feel like a welcomed addition to the fun and vibrant Chope team. Due to the time we invest in each intern, we require internships to be at least twelve(12) weeks, with a minimum six(6) weeks per department for candidates interested in experiencing multiple departments. This allows interns to develop a meaningful and productive understanding of the department, and make tangible contributions in terms of output.
