ZALI has a seating time of 2 hours for all bookings.
Your table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation. In the case of a no show or late arrival, our team reserves the right to re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option.

ZALI GUIDELINES

At Zali we are continually striving to enhance our guests’ experience, and this can only be done with your cooperation.

Whilst we promote a relaxed environment, we kindly ask you to respect our guidelines below to ensure that all our guests enjoy their time:

- No food or drinks other than what we offer at Zali is permitted on the premises.
- Balloons and decorations are not permitted.
- Bookings are allocated a two (2) hour seating time.
- Your table will only be held for 15 minutes from the time of your reservation. In the case of a no show or late arrival, our team reserves the right to re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option.
- No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed onto our premises without prior arrangement with our team.
- Zali will not be held responsible for any loss or breakage of any personal items.
- Pets allowed on the terrace area only.
- No Smoking/Vaping indoor.
- No Laptop use after 6 PM.
- Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.

- Bookings of 10 pax and above are required to pre-order or take the set menu with 20% deposit in advance.

DRESS CODE
- Neat and casual attire.
- Shirts are a MUST in dining areas.

Zali reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately should excessive damage, nuisance or unlawful activities occur.
