    I came to Wet Plate Kitchen absolutely starving and honestly didn’t expect to find such a hidden gem in Uluwatu. The Beef Tataki and Seabass Crudo were insanely fresh, the Mushroom Teriyaki was so good, and the Beef with Ponzu had amazing flavor. The Ribeye Steak was cooked perfectly. Loved the whole atmosphere too — dim lighting, beautiful open kitchen, great music, and such a relaxed dinner vibe. Definitely one of my favorite dinner spots in Bukit area.
