Food was not worth the price for somewhere that claims to serve the best Japanese in Bali. Further, even though the happy hour stated buy 2, get 1 and we confirmed with the waitress that we would get 1 of the 2 drinks for free, they still charged us full price claiming that we would get a 3rd for free. Overall not a good experience, will never recommend and never go back.

The restaurant mainly has teppanyaki seating so it can be awkward for groups for more than 3.Other tables were for 2 persons max. The two guests which arrived before our group were seated right in the middle of the teppanyaki table, with lack of planning by the staff, making seating difficult for others. The service was friendly but hit & miss (3 reminders to get napkins), lack of attention. Some of the dishes were great, while others not up to standard (such as the hotate in the sashimi). Considering the prices (high for Bali) and the ambition of the restaurant, they need to do better. Has great potential.
