    We made reservations for a 50th birthday. They didn’t know - and wasn’t ready for us. They had very little control with our orders. The kitchen was out of several things. We was promised a new wine for the same price of the one they didn’t have. That appeared not to be the case. Never experienced this little control by the staff

    Indonesia's Independence Day is more than a commemoration. It is a celebration of spirit, unity, and cultural identity. This year, Palms Restaurant honours the occasion with a buffet of local favourites, bringing together the flavours that have shaped generations around one table.

    A spread of Indonesian grilled favourites, from chicken satay with peanut sauce and Balinese urutan sausage to fresh shrimp, tempeh, and a live whole roasted goat station. Served alongside red and white rice, roasted vegetables, tempong salad, and a selection of house-made sambals. Finish with grilled banana, layer cake, and es kolak, accompanied by Palms Restaurant (Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali)'s traditional bandrek and jamu stations.
