One Eyed Jack is an Izakaya and Sake Bar concept located in the heart of Canggu, with its menu created by the former chef of Nobu. Izakaya is a very social style of dining in Japan, to a certain extent very similar to a gastropub, and these tend to be places to congregate with friends while enjoying an eclectic mix of shared plates over drinks, and this is exactly what One Eyed Jack has brought to the shores of Bali.

What you will expect here is a well prepared mix of traditional classics and modern style Japanese dishes, which you can pair with their delightful Japanese inspired cocktails, an extensive Sake selection, Japanese whiskey and beer, wines, and the other usual suspects you will find at their bar menu, which you can view right here on Chope.
