    We dined on Steak Night this Wednesday. For our Angus ribeye, we chose Chimichurri sauce, Smoky Spicy butter, and side of char‑grilled asparagus. The ribeye was incredibly tender, and with the combination of sauce, butter, and flaky salt, every bite offered layers of flavor—it’s absolutely worth trying. We also enjoyed a delicious Spaghetti Carbonara. The rich, creamy sauce paired perfectly with al dente pasta and crispy bacon. It was outstanding.
