• Table Holding Time: We will hold your table for a maximum of 15–20 minutes from the reserved time. If you are running late, please contact us to avoid automatic cancellation.

• Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any specific allergies or dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies) at the time of booking so our culinary team can prepare accordingly.

• Large Group Bookings: For groups of 10 people or more, a pre-order or a deposit may be required to secure the reservation and ensure timely service.

• Seating Policy: While we try our best to accommodate specific seating requests (such as poolside or specific views), table assignments are subject to availability upon arrival.

• Operating Hours: Our kitchen last order is at 9:30 PM. Please ensure your arrival allows enough time for a relaxed dining experience.

• Outside Food & Drinks: Please be advised that outside food and beverages (including birthday cakes or wine) may be subject to a corkage/service fee.
