Bvlgari Resort Bali invites you to celebrate Christmas Eve with sumptuous offerings from Il Ristorane Luca Fantin.
A one-night-only tasting menu will be prepared by the culinary team of Il Ristorante Luca Fantin featuring a selection of Italian cuisine with local, organic ingredients, paired with refined techniques and creativity. The six-course degustation menu is available from 6PM to 10PM.
The festive menu will also be available for dinner during the Christmas Day on Wednesday, 25th December 2019.

An exclusive proposal of six-course tasting menu will be presented by the culinary team of Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin to commemorate special evening towards the year end. The menu is available from 6PM.

Opened in 2017, Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin at the Bulgari Resort Bali is an intimate 36-seat restaurant that serves creative interpretations of classic Italian cuisine blended with local, organic ingredients all paired with the refined techniques and the great creativity from famed Michelin starred chef Luca Fantin. Open for dinner only, the restaurant offers a seductive ambiance overlooking a reflection pool, enhanced with suggestive soft lighting.
The first flagship Michelin-starred Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin is located in Tokyo’s Bulgari Ginza Tower, and has offered one of the city’s most sophisticated dining experiences since it opened its doors in 2009. Having presided over his Tokyo flagship Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin in Tokyo’s Bulgari Ginza Tower since 2009, Chef Luca Fantin opened a second location at Bulgari Resort Bali in 2017.
Known for his beautiful dishes and fresh interpretations of classic Italian recipes, his cuisine fuses traditional techniques with the finest local and seasonal ingredients. Extremely light and flavourful, his preparations are simultaneously authentic and contemporary, not to mention visually stunning. Edible flowers turn plates into tapestries, finishing them with brilliant colour and an artistic flourish.
The only Italian chef in Japan to be awarded with a Michelin star, Chef Luca was also named “The Best Italian Chef in the World” by the prestigious Italian guide Identità Golose, and bestowed the honour of “Best Italian Restaurant” by Gambero Rosso.
Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin at the Bulgari Hotel Bali is helmed by Italian Resident Head Chef Fabrizio Crocetta.Using the finest ingredients of the island’s local, organic produce – tuna, squid, baby pig, pumpkin, corn, kafir lime, mango and coconut, the menu includes a selection of Luca Fantin’s most famous dishes such as squid ink with cuttlefish as well as cold spaghetti with smoked eel and wagyu beef eggplant. New creations redolent of the variety of colours and flavours offered by the generous richness of the island of Bali include the tartare with avocado cream and smoked vegetable, fish of the day cooked in ceramic pot with bitter herbs.
Complement your meal with the extensive wine list which features 200 bottles of predominantly Italian wines and an excellent Champagne selection.
