CHINGŌN is a place for flavorful and unique authentic mexican food that satisfies the craving for Mexican food, making it a culinary experience. CHINGŌN is a restaurant and at the same time a meet up and hang out spot. The design and interior is casual, cozy, homey, kind of fancy, which adds to its charm and also compliments the Mexican delicacies served by Chef Hiram. The combination of food, drinks, decoration, vibe and the hosts will give our customer an eventful experience.

CHINGŌN serves the full variety of Mexican classics: Nachos, Chips and Salsa, Burritos, Quesadillas, and Enchiladas all made with the freshest ingredients. Chef Hiram uses unique flavors in our tacos and traditional Mexican recipes to delight the palate. Our tacos are served on fresh home-made corn tortillas as well as different flavors, ingredients, and colors to bring to the table an experience of what it could be like to be eating in Mexico.
