Passionate about cooking, travel, wine, oceans and skiing, we decided to settle down in Bingin, a small village in Bali, to create a restaurant where we will offer inventive, fun, lively cuisine, but also cooking lessons, a shop ...

You can book the chef's table for dinner for a 7-course gastronomic menu or come for lunch after a surf session on the nearby spots. French chef, I learned cooking by traveling around the world: I like to play with cardamom, lemongrass, galangal, revisit typical French dishes, put my little touch there.

Bali will allow me to play with new flavors, smoked vanilla, cocoa, salam leaves, peppers .... a permaculture vegetable garden of 300 square meters at the edge of our terrace will offer us throughout the a wide variety of aromatics, vegetables, fruits ...
