Above Rooftop Lounge and Bar (Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak)

It wasn’t what we expected. The food was good but also not quite as expected for a hotel restaurant. We really loved the pork belly and the chicken satay skewers. We were appreciative of the waitress (server) checking we didn’t need anything further, the first time she did it at least, then we found it quite annoying when she came back over and over interrupting our meal and conversation to ask again if we wanted any cocktails etc. It moved to severely irritating when she had come for probably the 7th or 8th time to offer us to order more cocktails (we only order one each the whole night and I didn’t even finish mine so it’s not like she thought we were wanting more or something). Both my husband and I felt so uncomfortable we both almost simultaneously said let’s go after the waitress walked away. There is one thing to be said about being attentive and giving exceptional service but she probably needs to be trained in how to read when the customers have had enough attention.
