Lo Hei Italian style

Usher in the Year of the Rooster with a very special, one-of-a-kind “Lo Hei”; Italian style.

Using the freshest ingredients, the La Barca Prosperity Yu Sheng is a medley of colour, taste and texture. Julienned capsicum (red, green & yellow), carrots, celery, asparagus, endives, zucchini, baby spinach and orange surround slivers of salmon, tuna and sea bass. Crispy strips of eggplant, homemade potato chips and pistachios top off the dish which is finished with an alluring combination of balsamic vinegar, orange and pepper dressing.

La Barca Prosperity Yu Sheng (serves 6-8pax) is only available between 17th Jan to 12th Feb 2017 at $88++ for dine in and take-away. Orders must be placed in advance.
