We only have two things we focus on at Chope. The first is building an amazing product. The other is to give the best possible experience to our restaurant partners and users. To do this we take a completely new approach to great user experience. We go above and beyond to deliver happiness to our users and make them super comfortable to speak to us, no matter how often, when, and about what.
As a Community Hero with Chope, here is what you will be doing:
You will work together with Louis, Annie, and our global team on all of our marketing efforts.
You'll delight the thousand of diners who use Chope with email/wechat/phone responses as they send in requests, suggestions and ideas.
You will built a community of people who care about our services to spread the love by creating amazing content.
You'll keep on top of the Chope social media and online promotion to expend value to our diners.
You'll be a user champion in internal discussions by helping the engineers prioritize feature requests and bug fixes.
This is what we're looking for right now:
As the next Community Hero, you are based in Shanghai. You are super interested by the restaurant industry, and you're a longtime Wechat user.
You are tech savvy, enjoy the startup world, and want to make a difference on a small team.
You are a happy, positive-minded, kind person who has a great approach in dealing with others.
You have experience with social media, online marketing, and events.
